  12. What do you bring with you when mountaineering? Any absolute essentials? 
  13. What does your diet look like before and during mountaineering? 
  14. Do you suffer from altitude sickness? How do you prepare for altitude sickness? What are the symptoms of altitude sickness? 
  15. How do you prepare for a climb? Do you do any specific exercise in preparation? 
  16. Explain our simulation and ask how we could improve it to make it more real?
